Tender description

GBC seek to appoint a single legal services provider (via the Light Touch regime) with proven local government experience delivering large scale grant-funded regeneration projects in the following disciplines: — planning and environmental law, — property law, — procurement, — contracts and state aid and local government law. This procurement is a two-stage competition run under the Light Touch Regime via restricted procedure. GBC is seeking a single multi-disciplinary legal services provider who is able to provide all required services. At the first stage of the competition (10 days duration) a maximum of five competitors will be shortlisted on the basis of the selection criteria set out in the selection questionnaire. At stage two (10 days duration), providers will be asked to complete a technical evaluation based on the information set out in the competition conditions and its appendices. The subject of this procurement process is multi-disciplinary legal services for a local government organisation delivering an economic regeneration programme.
