INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE REPLACEMENT AND UPGRADING OF FLOODLIGHTING TO FOUR MULTI-USE GAMES AREAS

<p>Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (&lsquo;the Council&rsquo;) is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor for the replacement and upgrading of the lighting and controls for four multi-use games areas and ball courts. The four sites within Basingstoke, are provided with floodlighting for evening use but these are the original Metal Halide floodlights and are inefficient in terms of energy consumption and costly to maintain. The lighting design and controls of each system vary from site to site and some initial survey and design work will be required to ensure that the correct LUX levels are achieved at each site based on the type of usage Works are to be carried out as per the specification included in the tender document.</p> Keywords: Lighting, Electrical , sports, Floodlighting
