Appointment of a team of Branding, Marketing and Communication consultants to: Develop an overarching brand for the Estate Regeneration Programme, and sub brand and distinct identity for the first two estates of the Programme – Charlton House and Albany House and Convent Way Estate. Develop a marketing campaign for promoting regeneration to residents to secure a YES Vote for regeneration in a ballot. Design all consultation and promotional material required for consultation and communication up to Ballot.
