Tender description

The key area of delivery for the remainder of this FY is a review of the risks associated with the import of animals, animal products, animal by-products, germplasm, and high risk foods not of animal origin with proposals for a coherent controls regime for managing these risks.. To achieve this the holder of the role will need to recruit consultants and a team and establish how the review will take place. Building on this in the next FY a key deliverable will be getting agreement to this plan from across Whitehall and the DAs. It is likely that the role holder will then be asked to implement the plan but this will need deciding nearer the time.
