In summary, the Services comprise: 1) Merchant Acquiring Services — the settlement services allowing the funds to pass from the end user’s (Payer) account into a framework client’s bank account for payment of items and services. 2) Payment Gateway Services – services which facilitate a payment transaction by the transfer of information between a payment portal (such as a website, mobile phone or interactive voice response service) and merchant acquiring service provider.
