Tender description
EEM Ltd on behalf of The ExtraCare Charitable Trust are releasing this prior information notice to inform interested organisations and gauge interest in a future opportunity for the provision of soft facilities management services to ExtraCare's villages and schemes. ExtraCare Charitable Trust are looking to consolidate all of their existing local contracts for window cleaning, building cleaning, ground maintenance and pest control into a single contract awarded to one provider for each of the geographical sublots identified below commencing in November 2021. Soft services will be split into 4 geographical lots: East Midlands, West Midlands, South East and South West. ExtraCare Charitable Trust are looking to consolidate all of their existing local contracts into single contracts awarded to one provider for each geographical location identified below with an expected contract commencement during November 2021. Soft services will cover: grounds maintenance, window cleaning, building cleaning and pest control services and will be split into 4 geographical lots as follows: East Midlands — Earlsdon Park Village, Coventry — Lark Hill Village, Nottingham — Humber Court (Scheme),Coventry — Rosewood Court (Scheme),Wellingborough — Sunley Court (Scheme), Kettering West Midlands — Bournville Gardens Village, Birmingham — Hagley Road Village, Birmingham — Longbridge Village, Birmingham — New Oscott Village, Birmingham — Panel Croft Village, -Birmingham — Solihull Village South East — Hughenden Village, High Wycombe — Lovat Fields Village, Milton Keynes — Shenley Wood Village, Milton Keynes — Wixams Village, Bedford South West — Stoke Gifford Village, Bristol.
