Tender description

Key stakeholders to this procurement are seeking a supplier that will provide a full end to end event and project management service. The provision for a programme of events in London supporting ceremonial activities. There are core delivery objectives to this project including but are not limited to: 1) event management plans; 2) contracting services including stewarding and traffic management; 3) risk assessments and assurance; 4) testing and exercising. Event management planning for a number of pre-planned and unforeseen events in London including mobilisation, project management, site management, project staffing with resource allocation, contracting services such as stewarding and traffic management, risk assessments and assurance, stakeholder management and testing and exercising. There will be a minimum of 25 key stakeholders with full contacts list to be provided on appointment. The events contract will be in collaboration with Department for Digital Culture Media and Sport (DCMS).
