Tender description

As currently envisioned, the contracts would see providers who are successful in the competitive procurement process: 1) design and implement a marketing/recruitment strategy that will attract a diverse range of high calibre external candidates who are educated to degree level; 2) work with HMPPS to create a masters qualification that meets the combined needs of the existing operational qualifications; 3) deliver the masters qualification as part of the graduate scheme for at least the first three intakes. Cohort one would begin in September 2022, cohort two in September 2023 and cohort three in September 2024 with learning delivery through to September 2026. The provider would also provide support to candidates throughout.
