Tender description

<p>Section 43 of the Health and Social Care Act 2012 transferred the duty to arrange Independent Mental Health Advocate (IMHA) services to local authorities. Independent Mental Health Advocates (IMHA&rsquo;s) are specialist advocates who are trained specifically to work within the framework of the Mental Health Act 1983 Amendment 2007 to meet the needs of &ldquo;qualifying patients&rdquo;.
