The contract comprises: the design and construction of: 1 No three bed bungalow, 4 No one bedroom houses, 14 No two bedroom houses, 8 No three bedroom houses, 2 No four bedroom houses and 1 No five bedroom house for affordable rent and 3 No two bed bungalows, 4 No three bedroom bungalows, 2 No one bedroom houses, 5 No two bedroom houses, 8 No three bedroom houses, 3 No four bedroom houses and for shared ownership including all associated external and adoptable works, services, parking and drainage.
