Tender description

Proposed new internal exhibition area to the northwestern side of the nave within the Church (Protected Structure). The exhibition area will be subservient to the nave which will continue to be used as the main place of worship in the Church. Proposed new single-storey Tea-station structure to replace existing boiler room to north-western side of bell tower, accessed from the ground floor of the tower. Proposed reconfiguration of existing vestry to include new WC and new ramp access to external door. Proposed new staircase to access the choir balcony from within the nave and removal of existing steps in bell tower. Proposed repair works to roofs including wholesale re-slating. Proposed installation of new heating and electrical systems. Proposed Site Works to include new wastewater treatment system and raised sand polishing filter.
