Tender description

A software product solution is being sought utilising EU-funding to implement a system for collecting area-wide emission data on behalf of all Scottish authorities. The platform is being sourced by the Improvement Service to ensures that the data architecture, collection, analysis, etc is consistent across Scotland and promotes a ‘once for Scotland’ approach. The programme is currently referred to as “Climate Intelligence Service” and should be deliverable from existing platforms already developed or under development. Improvement Service is seeking to procure climate intelligence software on behalf of Scotland's 32 local authorities for the purposes of data collection, analysis and monitoring progress against targets in a 'once for Scotland' approach.
