Care Software System

Tender description

This tender is for the purchase of a Care Software system with licenses for 12 Admin Users 2 of which will be SuperUsers and 212 Service Users. The successful supplier must demonstrate how their product and associated services meets our Specification. The Association has developed and will continue to develop the services it provides to meet the needs of changing markets. We are currently developing direct care services delivered in the community as an example of this. The service currently has over 200 Care staff working over 7 developments providing care at home to 150 residents. We also provide service to 100 customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Association currently uses manual and excel based software to monitor its staff and care systems. The Association wishes to replace the current outdated, time-consuming process to allow us to provide greater functionality, flexibility, increased efficiency and effectiveness and increased interoperability. The system if possible, will be required to feed data accurately and seamlessly into Tunstall PNC8, Aareon (HR & Payroll), Capita Open Finance and Open Housing.
