Refurbishment and material alteration Works to consist of the following: 1.Conversion of existing squash court to IT room at Ground floor level and provision of new floor space at first floor level for additional office space overhead. 2. Provision of roof windows to the Southern elevation. 3. Provision of windows and doors to the Southern and western elevation of the existing building. 4. Provision of 2 No. platform lifts 5. Provision of advertising sign on the front elevation. 6. Electrical re-wiring upgrade, Fire detection and alarm system, emergency lighting, re-plumbing of the building, provision of new heating appliance. 7. Refurbishment of the internal wall linings and ceilings of the existing building. 8. Upgrade of existing internal doors to fire doors, where required. 9. Layout changes to the entrance foyer. 10. Soft strip demolition works.
