The project comprises of the replacement of 19 No. Modusat District Heating Stations with integral Hot Water Cylinders, Main Circulating Pumps, Thermostats, Controls etc at Benamore Court, Newtownpark Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin. The new services layouts reflect the requirements of the Mechanical Installation, and the proposed Electrical Services. The successful Tenderer will be responsible for all Health & Safety measures (acting as Project Supervisor Construction Stage) and for all liaison with Tenants for access to complete works within the 19 No. Apartments..
