Tender description

Bishop Burton College wishes to put in place a contract for the construction and commissioning of refurbishment works to the existing Beck Cottage building on University of Lincoln's existing Riseholme Campus, Lincoln. Bishop Burton College have entered into an agreement to lease the property from University of Lincoln for a fixed term. The existing cottage building was constructed around 1900 and is of two storey traditional masonry construction. The building contains some asbestos material. This is detailed in the separate asbestos survey documentation included with the tender documentation. The building will be vacant during the construction works phase.
