Tender description

The economic operator shall provide a project manager led Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) with the following capabilities: design team (project manager, architect, principal designer, cost manager, building services engineers, civil engineer, structural engineer, landscape architect, BREEAM services, branding consultant). The economic operator shall provide a project manager led Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) with the following capabilities: design team (project manager, architect, principal designer, cost manager, building services engineers, civil engineer, structural engineer, landscape architect, BREEAM services, branding consultant). This service shall include: • perform principal designer duties in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2016; • undertake procurement exercises to collate and provide quotations for further consultant services/surveys required throughout the duration of the project for contracting authority approval; • project is to achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’; • branding consultant to work in conjunction with ICT to develop a brand, wayfinding strategy and identity for the building reflective of the ethos of the project and to the satisfaction of Shared Women’s Centre, Council and other relevant stakeholders; this is a one-stage contract.
