Tipperary as per Pricing Schedule of Works below but not limited to … o Demolition and Disposal of minor section of building o Waste Management and Disposal of all demolition material • Additional Accommodation Scheme Extension Works o Construction of new Additional Accommodation Scheme Extension containing new mainstream classroom, 2 x learning support room and circulation/connecting corridor. o Construction of new disability access ramps and steps o All associated civil works including drainage, surface water and foul water works o Footpath, ramps, tarmacadam surfacing and remedial works • Existing National School Works o Conversion of existing storerooms into 1 x Assisted User wc/shower room. o Alterations to existing school access door.
