The purpose of this Approved Provider List (APL) is to support Central Bedfordshire Council, Bedford Borough Council and Luton Borough Council (the ‘Authorities’) in fulfilling their Sufficiency Duty in relation to accommodation for looked after children and to improve the overall outcomes for these children.
