SCOPE OF REQUIREMENTS Lot 1 – Project Management Bus Eireann are seeking companies or individuals to Project and Programme management capabilities required to support plan, management and delivery of projects and programmes. Consultancy and advisory services may be required for methodologies, best practice and training. Resources must have project management qualifications PMP / Prince 2 or equivalent and potentially MSP Change Management Capabilities are essential Experience in transformations both digital and business Experience in large scale projects spanning multiple business units and technologies Extensive experience in Vendor / 3rd Party Management Lot 2 – Solution Architect Bus Eireann are seeking companies or individuals to provide Solution Architect’s responsibilities include translation of requirements into designs, assessing the current software systems in place in order to identify areas in need of improvement, and overseeing development teams. Work closely with Business Analyst, Project Mgr. and other business stakeholders in delivering of projects. Designs should adhere to architecture principles and standards and be aligned with Roadmaps. Experience required in large scale project spanning a number of business units and technologies. Experience in change and transformation programmes would be beneficial. Lot 3 – Business and Process Analyst Bus Eireann are seeking companies or individuals that can provide Business and Process Analyst capabilities in order to Conduct fit - gap analysis to identify any enhancements necessary. Capture ‘as is’ – ‘to – be’ process changes. Requirements gathering experience through a suite of tools Capture both Functional and non function requirements Creation of Business Requirements documents (high level and detailed) to support business requests. Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and signed off prior to solution development Experience in transformation and or change programmes Understanding of IT systems and infrastru
