Supply Only and Supply & Installation of Windows & Doors, Including Frames

East Ayrshire Council is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of energy efficient windows and doors which will predominantly be UPVC but with the option of timber, aluminium and timber composite products as required by specific requirements. The contract is for supply and a supply and installation service to the Council's Housing Asset Services for the Windows and Doors, including Frames to Council owned domestic properties. The contract will be operated on a “call-off” basis, as specific programmed and response supplies/installations are identified as being required. The actual quantity of goods ordered under the contract will vary from month to month and year to year depending upon the requirements of the capital programme and the Housing Repairs Service. The Council may require supply only for the Council to install.
