Berwickshire Housing Association’s (BHA) will soon be inviting a range of interested bidders to tender for a) Stock Condition Survey and Financial projections from the stock condition survey & b) Assistance with developing option appraisals for pockets of non-performing stock. Please see attached our PIN Options Questionnaire. We are keen to hear from any interested parties and seek comments on the overview and our vision for the project. We are interested to know where you work and if you would be interested in working with BHA? Berwickshire Housing Association’s (BHA) intention in issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to assess the options for appointing consultants to work with us to progress a stock condition survey, with resultant financial projections e.g. 5 and 30 year forecasts, with the results and analysis informing the further development of our Asset Management Strategy. We request options for progressing this work. Our Asset Management Strategy aims to continue to manage and maintain our properties cost effectively, upgrading and disposing of properties as appropriate to meet our customers priorities, affordability and wider housing needs, through a sustainable stock portfolio. This involves 2 key areas: a) Stock Condition Survey and Financial projections from the stock condition survey b) Assistance with developing option appraisals for pockets of non-performing stock
