Exception sent to Peter Alekkou for approval 29/10/2020 as Network Rail is the owner, operator and infrastructure manager of Britain's main railway network. It runs, maintains and develops the core physical infrastructure of the network To deliver the development phase of the project, Stage 2 and 3, in the most economical way a BASIC ASSET PROTECTION AGREEMENT (BAPA) is necessary to be in place with Network Rail to allow for suitable levels of support as the project is developed.
