Support that the Service delivers is focused on offering outreach services and full time packages of care to children and their families, As this is a care and support service, which is regulated by the Procurement Reform Act (Scotland) 2014, the Council may award without seeking offers (decided on a case-by-case basis) and taking into consideration the Procurement of Care and Support Services Guidance 2016.
