Tender description

The successful supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for Wellspring Academy Trust at the following sites. The opportunity will be broken down into Lots according to Geographic location. Lot 1: Springwell Alternative Academy Mablethorpe, Seaholme Road, Mablethorpe, LN12 2DF, joins contract 1.8.21 Springwell Alternative Academy Lincoln, Macaulay Drive, Lincoln LN2 4EN, joins contract 1.6.21 The Trust requires a fully outsourced cleaning solution and has identified the following key objectives for the cleaning provision: 1) A high standard of cleanliness within each school that supports the provision of a hygienic environment and the wellbeing of the children. 2) Provide compliant services that are flexible and responsive to the needs of each individual school. 3) Ensure robust safeguarding procedures to support a safe environment in which the children can learn and develop. 4) Ensure that best value is achieved for participating academies. The Trust expects to benefit from the expected economies of scale of contracting out the service as a network of schools.
