Removal and Disposal of Leachate at Shewalton Landfill Site

North Ayrshire Council require the removal and disposal of leachate from various locations within the Shewalton landfill site. Leachate is to be collected in appropriate vacuum tankers and taken to a suitably licensed facility. This is a mini-competition from the Scotland Excel's Recyclable and Residual Waste Dynamic Purchasing System (27-17). The service provider will be required to remove and dispose of up to 50 tonnes of leachate (24 hours advance request), on any day (Monday to Friday) in a licensed disposal facility, and also provide uplifts of leachate (by advance request) during Saturdays and Sundays if required, and be able to provide the service on Public Holidays (where required).
