Tender description
CPI’s sputter systems are used in thin film electronics applications such as display backplanes, solid state lighting and photovoltaics. Our primary requirement is for the supply of targets for our MRC 603 Batch Sputter System and SCT Sputterer. To supply Gold Target for CPI’s MRC, including and backing plate, bonding and all other associated spares and consumables. To supply Aluminium Target Al for CPI’s SCT, including and backing plate, bonding and all other associated spares and consumables. Various Targets for CPI’s MRC, including and backing plate, bonding and all other associated spares and consumables. We have a need to clean off sputtered material from stainless steel and copper shielding that we use in processes.
