Tender description

NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) wishes to establish a framework agreement for use by SBS approved organisations. The agreement will provide a full end to end records management solution including but not limited to: — document storage/retrieval (physical/cloud-based storage); — box/file handling services; — transition; — scanning; — end-of-life disposal; — document management system; — electronic document records management systems (EDRMS) and provision of labour to support development; — implementation and ongoing management. For one lot, there will be a requirement for suppliers to have human tissue license. A key aim of the framework agreement will be to promote efficiencies and cost savings. The specification will be flexible to meet the needs of approved organisations. The scope and lot structure will be reviewed as part of the procurement process through engagement with suppliers/stakeholders.
