Tender description

Radius Housing is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake the works to 9 Rosseden Drive, Limavady. The work will consist of a single storey extension to the property and will provide a much needed bedroom and shower room recommended by an Occupational Therapist. These works will be carried out in an occupied property (family with disabled needs) and as such Contractors are reminded that all neccessary precautionary measures must be taken to ensure the safety of occupiers and visitors.
