Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC) is seeking to award a contract to a Consultancy to provide two (2) key personnel to work with its in-house team to deliver cost consultancy and quantity surveyor services across a range projects in respect of RBKC's property portfolio. The key personnel supplied by the Consultancy from time to time are expected to work for forty-eight (48) weeks of the year (excluding bank holidays) during the Contract Term. Bidders should note that there is a high demand for the Services and therefore such key personnel will be expected to work outside normal working hours. A typical day is likely to be in the region of ten (10) hours.
