Framework agreement for city wide dressing and large format print covering flags, banners, gateway signage, events and experiential print services and large format print services. This framework agreement will also be open for the use of all the Liverpool City Council Subsidiaries as well as Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council, Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council, Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council, St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council, Halton Borough Council, Liverpool City Region combined authority and all Merseyside Schools; a full list of which can be found here: http://www.education.gov.uk/edubase/home.xhtml Printing, installation and maintenance of flagpoles.
