Tender description

The building works involves but not be limited to the following: The extension consists of two 2-bedroom and two 1-bedroom wards with associated ensuites and storage and circulation areas and external works consisting of external paved areas and landscaping and extension to the existing foul and storm sewer network. Demolition and removal of an existing underground concrete tank and it's stone fill will be required in order to carry out the construction of the interfaces between the new and existing buildings. An existing hydrant is located close to the proposed extension, relocation of same will be required. Necessary mechanical and electrical services. Sanitary ware & fittings as described; The approximate floor area of the extension is 165m2.
