Tender description

The British Library is seeking to procure a cloud based HR Payroll, and recruitment software solution that will provide scalable functionality for HR and Payroll as well as meeting a range of technical and non-functional requirements (as defined in the draft specification of requirements included as 001609 Draft tender specification).The services will be tendered in lots, each lot must include implementation services. The British Library reserve the right to award any combination of lots to meet their requirements. Recruitment and on-boarding module, including an interface to integrate new employee data from recruitment into the HR and Payroll platform and internal candidate data from HR into recruitment. The Library considers the recruitment solution to cover all aspects of candidate interactions and engagement from initial application up to and including them becoming a formal employee i.e. the first day of contracted employment. Core Payroll and HR, comprising of Payroll, expenses, time and attendance, absence management, employee relations, talent management, performance management, training administration, compensation and benefits and associated employee data, management and reporting. This must also include an interface to integrate new employee data from recruitment into the HR and Payroll platform and internal candidate data from HR into recruitment. Full solution, incorporating all modules under lots 1 and 2 above with recruitment either being fully integrated or using interfaces to transfer data as required.
