NPQH, NPQSL and NPQML PROGRAMME DELIVERY\r ENFIELD LA 2020-21\r \r School & Early Years Improvement Service (part of Enfield Council) require the delivery of NPQH, NPQSL and NPQML for clusters of schools during the academic year 2020 - 2021. These programmes will form part of our Professional Learning programme being offered to 96 Enfield Schools. \r \r For each programme we will require: - \r \r • Responsive administrative and organisational support\r • Work alongside locally identified school-based facilitators\r • Training and assessment of facilitators\r • Training delivered locally in Enfield based cluster groups\r • Quality assurance of the programme and facilitators\r • A blended learning approach\r • Face to face training resources \r • Online materials for the programme\r • Online discussions and support\r • Peer group meetings or support sessions\r • Provision of trained mentors where needed\r • Diagnostic development tools \r • Final assessment \r • Support available beyond face to face sessions to assist with assessment\r • A track record of candidates' successful completion of the programmes\r • Value for money per unit.\r Each programme is unlikely to have no more than 25 delegates.
