Tender description

Cambridgeshire County Council (The ‘Authority’) wishes to invite Tenders for the supply of services in respect of a UK Pavement Management System Software Single Supplier Framework. This framework will be available only to Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council. This framework is for 4 years with no option to extend. However, the length of contracts awarded under this framework could range from 1 to 3 years. Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council are seeking to jointly procure a single Pavement Management System (PMS). The PMS will be an integrated United Kingdom Pavement Management System (UKpms), the national standard for management systems for the assessment of local road network condition and for the planning of investment and maintenance on paved areas of roads.
