Building services (M&E) engineering services for additional accommodation at St Attracta's NS, Ballaghadereen, Co. Roscommon. St Attracta’s N.S. is a primary school under the trusteeship of the Catholic Diocese of Achonry. Please see attached project brief and schedule of additional accommodation. Building services (M&E) engineering services for additional accommodation at St Attracta's NS, Ballaghadereen, Co. Roscommon. Please see attached project brief and schedule of additional accommodation In summary, the project will comprise: Section A: Mainstream Accommodation • 3 classrooms: 80 m2 each; • additional toilets 16 m2. Giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of: 336 m2. Section B: Special needs accommodation • 2 classroom SEN base Giving a floor area (incl circulation and internal walls) of 439.3 m2; Giving Gross Floor Area for Section A and B (including circulation, stairs, lift and internal walls) of 896 m2. Also: • secure hard and soft play area 200 m2; • sensory garden 100 m2; • 6 parking spaces. Also Section C: Reconfiguration/alterations to existing building as outlined in the project brief: 205.8 m2. Also Section D: Demolition of buildings 115.2 m2.
