Market Engagement Event - Homecare and Electronic Call Monitoring Event (19 November 2020)

Tender description

The London Borough of Hackney is planning for the re-procurement of its Homecare service across its Children and Adults divisions. The current contracts are due to end and the Council is looking to go out to the market in 2021. We are seeking to engage with Homecare agencies and suppliers of electronic call monitoring systems, to primarily obtain information on how Homecare agencies and ECM suppliers can support the Council's duty of ensuring all their residents and families in receipt of Homecare, receive a good quality and safe service that promotes their independence. We will be holding an market engagement event on 19 November (online) that will consist of two sessions. Session one is for Homecare agencies and session two for suppliers of Electronic Call Monitoring systems. All communication regarding this event will be conducted primarily via the London Tenders Portal message platform( link attached). In order to register an interest in this event please ensure your organization is registered on the portal. Registration is free and support is available from the Pro-Contract support.
