Tender description
The Centre for Process Innovation Ltd (henceforth known as CPI) has a requirement for a photolithography exposure tool to extend its photolithographic capability to two microns or below at the electronics business unit based at the Neville Hamlin Building, NETPark, Sedgefield. The tool will be installed into an ISO 5 (class 100) cleanroom. Single supplier framework for the provision of supply, installation, commissioning for a photolithography exposure tool, including consumables, training and additional services on as set out in the attached documentation.
