This Prior Information Notice (PIN) relates to relates to early market engagement. Anglian Water is currently reviewing options for a new framework to provide Modelling Optimisation services. ‘This Prior Information Notice (PIN) Solely relates to market engagement’ Anglian Water are currently reviewing their options for the implementation of a new framework for Modelling Optimisation. As part of the tender preparation Anglian Water is running a market engagement exercise and are inviting suitably qualified and experienced suppliers who may have an interest in providing these services to complete a questionnaire to assist us in gaining a better understanding of: (a) the feasibility of our requirements, and any factors we can influence to make the opportunity more attractive; (b) the most appropriate approach; (c) market appetite and ability to deliver our requirements; and (d) any possible risks or issues that may not have previously been considered. Detailed and lengthy submissions are not necessary at this stage. Any information provided in response to this market engagement exercise, marked as commercially sensitive will be treated as such. All responses to be submitted by .................................. This PIN has been issued to in order to gauge capability and interest in the market to assist in our decision making. This is not a call for competition. There will be no prejudice to any future procurement procedure by participation/non-participation in this PIN. The publication of this PIN by Anglian Water Services Ltd is a voluntary publication and does not represent an acknowledgement with regard to the applicability of procurement or other rules governing the potential future process, nor a commitment by Anglian Water to initiate, run or complete a full procurement competition in relation to the contract as described, Anglian Water reserves the right not to run any competition for the services.
