Independent Advocacy Service for Adult Carers NHS Highland is reviewing its current contractual arrangements for the provision of independent advocacy services for adult carers (18 years and over), which are due to end during 2021. The Health Board is looking to determine potential market availability for adult carer advocacy services. Any provider wishing to deliver an advocacy service on behalf of NHS Highland must meet the Scottish Independent Advocacy Alliance (SIAA) principles and standards for Independent Advocacy and are expected to demonstrate this through SIAA membership. Suppliers must therefore be independent of other service providers. NHS Highland is keen to receive notes of interest from suppliers who are already registered with the SIAA, or who would be willing to become registered as part of award of any future contract. Please note that this Prior Information Notice is not an invitation to tender, nor is it a formal stage in a procurement process. It is being used as a means to determine market availability. Suppliers that note an interest in this notice may be contacted for market research purposes prior to any future procurement publication.
