Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance (Trinity Laban) wishes to source and implement a modern integrated computerised Human Resources and Payroll system from a single preferred supplier. The new system will be the core repository for staff data and electronically interface with other software, such as the financial accounting system. A new system will also act as a single source of 'truth' eliminating inconsistencies if reporting from multiple sources 'owned' by different areas of the organisation. A modern HR and Payroll service adds value to the organisation in many ways, and one major area is the management information it provides. The current HR system cannot easily produce quality management information on areas such as long term and short-term sickness absence or staff turnover. In addition, with the ever- increasing demands to provide institutional reports, gender pay, salary sacrifice, and pension reports the need for easily extractable data is more pressing than ever.
