Tender description
Cornwall Council (CC) and the Council of the Isles of Scilly (CIOS) are tendering for statutory and non-statutory advocacy services to help people with health and social care needs and their carers to have their voices heard and to make informed decisions. CC and the CIOS have a statutory responsibility to commission independent advocacy including: • Independent NHS Complaints Advocacy, • Independent Care Act Advocacy, • Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy, • Independent Mental Health Advocacy.
