Grounds maintenance services

Tender description

The requirement is for the provision of grounds maintenance and landscaping services on behalf of Peabody within the East London and Essex region. The contract covers all areas of landscape management works, the scope of which is outlined below: The works will comprise but is not limited to: • grass maintenance; • hard surface management keeping weeds within the agreed limit; • moss treatment; • shrub and hedge maintenance; • low level tree maintenance; • removal of leaves and other detritious including litter from the hard surfaces and beds; • weeding of beds; • seasonal pruning of plants; • and all associated works to, and around the areas identified and agreed. Ground maintenance and landscaping services to be provided in the East London and Essexmregion as set out in the tender documentation.
