Údarás na Gaeltachta invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to carry out works for Galway WWTPs – Upgrades Bundle No. 2 - Páirc Ghnó Shailearna & Breizon Contract. The Contract will be procured using Design and Build Operate (DBO) contract documentation which follow the Conditions of Contract for Design, Build and Operate Projects, First Edition 2008, published by the Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils (FIDIC). The works will involve the replacement of existing Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) with package WWTPs and ancillary works within Údarás Na Gaeltacha owned industrial estates in County Galway. The Design Population Equivalents (PE) for the package WWTPs are 35PE and 100PE respectively. The Contract will also involve Operation and Maintenance of the package WWTPs for a set Operation Service Period of 1 year.
