The overall outcomes the successful contractor will be required to produce: 1. A graduated response model that provides a tiered approach to the delivery of Attachment across the region. 2. A clear set of recommendations on the individual delivery programmes and approaches within the graduated response – there maybe local variations across the region depending on local needs and infrastructures 3. Outline opportunities for regional collaboration especially where interventions are more intensive and would be better delivered regionally to be cost effective 4. A costed training and development plan that will meet the requirements of the potential future delivery model More detail is provided in the Specification within the RFQ document.
