<p>Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) will be moving from its Civic Centre in 2020 to a new building in Alconbury Weald. As part of a wider programme enabling greater space efficiency, quality audio visual equipment and video conferencing, there is a need to review the current audio-visual and voting system located in the current Council Chamber to ensure maximum efficiency for the future. The audio-visual and voting system is business critical for the smooth running of council proceedings. It must be extremely robust and must be simple to operate by councillors, Democratic Services Officers and facilities staff. The new hub will include a flexible 90 person meeting space where a number of different types and size of Council meetings are to be conducted as well as other functions like lectures and training.</p> Keywords: Mult- Function, Voting System
