Tender description
A new Research Facility is currently being built for the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) at the Advanced Manufacturing Park in Rotherham. The new facility sits in 1 417 acres of land which comprises access, parking, landscaping, services and other infrastructure. The research facility is a single building of circa 2 069.5 m2. Building layout plans are supplied in the tendering documents. Summary of work UKAEA is looking for a range of facilities management services to support this new facility covering: maintenance services, cleaning services, waste, recycling, grounds maintenance, pest control and security services. UKAEA will operate its own Helpdesk service with which the supplier will interact.
