Tender description

Onward wish to appoint 2 suitably qualified and accredited consultants to cover domestic and commercial gas and electrical services audits and fire audits, across the groups entire geographical region. To allow onward to assess the quality of services they are receiving to ensure the highest quality of service is received. Lot 1 is for audits in relation to domestic and commercial gas installation and servicing, commercial servicing/commissioning records, electrical Installations and EICR, domestic renewable energy servicing, solid fuel servicing and Renewable energies. Lot 2 is for audits in relation to fire risk assessments. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend by one period of 2 years making a total term of 5 years maximum. The total contract value for the full term for lot 1 will be approx. GBP 650 000. The total contract value for the full term for lot 2 will be approx. GBP 100 000. Onward group are looking to appoint a single suitably qualified and experienced organisation who can provide third party independent external audits in relation to domestic and commercial gas and electrical services, to ensure the group are complying with all current regulations, controlling risk, maintaining industry standards and provide professional expertise across the group for all 3 regions. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend by a further 2 year, totally a maximum 5 year term. The appointed organisation will carry out post service audits to assess the quality of the services and installations being delivered and the completeness of the following: (a) domestic and commercial gas installation, servicing and accuracy; (b) commercial servicing/commissioning records; (c) electrical installations and accuracy of EICRs; (d) domestic renewable energy (all types) servicing and accuracy of certificate; (e) solid fuel servicing and accuracy of HEATAS certificate; (f) renewable energies (all types). Onward group are looking to appoint a single suitably qualified and experienced organisation who can provide third party independent external audits in relation to fire services to ensure the group are complying with all current regulations, controlling risk, maintaining industry standards and provide professional expertise across the group for all 3 regions. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend by a further 2 year, totally a maximum 5 year term.
