Asbestos Surveys and Management Contract - Fife Housing Group

Tender description

We are looking to engage an experienced and competent asbestos consultancy to assist in our asbestos surveying and compliance activities. We want to build a professional relationship with this consultancy to assist in the delivery of your various works contracts and work pro-active with our consultants positively. The requirements of this Asbestos contract are detailed in the Specification document but in summary the requirements will be the following: - Undertaking Asbestos Management surveys to ensure that we have a full record of our stock - Undertaking Refurbishment and Demolitions surveys in accordance with the works contracts we are undertaking. - Assisting consultants, when required, with work specific items like reactive sampling or advice on site. - Providing advice and assistance in the maintenance of our Asbestos Management Plan and Group Asbestos Policy. - Inspecting all of our communal areas to ensure asbestos condition is not deteriorating.
