Tender description
The Architect led design team/s requirements are being tendered in 2 lots. Lot 1: Design services for Bay 135 -137 in the Shannon Free Zone; and Lot 2: design services for block S in the Shannon Free Zone. Interested parties can apply for either lot 1, lot 2 or for both lots and can offer a discounted bid if awarded both lots as part of your submission. The appointed design team/s will be responsible for managing the building design and planning processes as well as construction procurement and project management including the provision of a full time resident engineer for the construction period for both projects.
